Accessibility

A clearer website should be usable by more people

Loans West aims to provide perceivable, operable and understandable content and welcomes reports of access barriers.

Perth skyline

Loans West aims to support keyboard use, meaningful headings and links, readable contrast, responsive layouts, text alternatives for informative images and form labels and errors that do not rely only on colour.

Technology, assistive tools and individual needs vary. If the website or a document is difficult to use, contact Luke so an alternative can be discussed.

Measures built into the experience

The website uses semantic page structure, visible keyboard focus, skip navigation, scalable text, descriptive controls, reduced-motion support and status messages that assistive technology can detect.

Documents and calculators

Calculator inputs and results can be used by keyboard and understood without relying on a visual chart. Important information is provided as web text rather than only inside an image or PDF where practical.

Report a barrier or request another format

Email luke@loanswest.com.au or call 0431 556 633. Describe the page, task, device or assistive technology involved and the format or help that would make the information accessible.
